Due to ever-changing dynamic business environment that characterizes today’s world, we have come to recognize certain values that are critical to our success. We call them our guiding principles. Here they are:

Customer service – We recognize that our customer’s business is our business. We view ourselves as our customer’s powder coating department. We always strive to understand our customer needs in order to become a valuable supplier.

Employee training – Our employees are our most valuable assets. By focusing on their training we achieve high job satisfaction, significant productivity gains, and consistent quality results.

Updated equipment – We continually invest into our factory by properly maintaining and upgrading our equipment in order to minimize down time, improve our production capacity and flexibility, and offer an expanded array of services to our customers.



 





Quality Control – We view quality as one of the top reasons why customers want to come back to Abacus. By focusing on quality control at every stage of our operation we are able to consistently meet our customer expectations.

Reputation – We know that our reputation is earned only by hard and honest work. We do not “cut corners” and treat every job with utmost care and respect.

Communication – We understand that 70% of managing a business is invested in communication or connecting our people. Communication is critical in understanding our customer needs and translating them into our operating action plan. All of Abacus employees are involved in communication either by filling out quality testing results, daily production figures, or reporting on powder usage, etc. We always stay connected.
